01 FDM/MSLA Pool Drain Cover ↗
A pool drain cover recreated from an original sample via reverse engineering — FDM 3D printed in ABS, with vapor-smoothed post-processing for a sealed surface and guaranteed water resistance.
02 FDM/MSLA Sztárbox Belt Emblem ↗
A custom emblem for the belts of the Sztárbox TV show, MSLA 3D printed in detail-rich photopolymer resin. Three separate pieces — wreath, medallion, and boxing gloves — so each can be hand-painted individually with precision.
03 FDM/MSLA 3D Printed Sculpture ↗
A life-size outdoor sculpture, FDM 3D printed in PETG — around 30 kg of filament, with a hollow body filled with plaster for stability. Finished with a weather- and UV-resistant coating, designed for the Danube riverbank where it also has to withstand flooding.
04 Reverse Engineering Parcel Shelf Retaining Clip ↗
The retaining clip for a car's retractable parcel shelf, remodeled from an original sample via reverse engineering and remanufactured. FDM 3D printed in carbon-fiber-reinforced PA12-CF15 — sized for the strength this loaded, wear-exposed function demands.
05 Reverse Engineering Motorcycle Chain Guide ↗
The chain guide from an older motorcycle, remodeled via reverse engineering from the cracked original part and produced with FDM 3D printing in ABS. A perfect solution when the factory part is no longer available.
06 Reverse Engineering Precision Gear ↗
Remanufacture of a broken, old plastic gear with MSLA 3D printing — we remodeled the original part, then printed it at a 0.05 mm layer height with roughly 24-micron detail. This lets us replace discontinued plastic gears with dimensional accuracy.
07 Parts Manufacturing Modular Corner Connectors ↗
Custom-designed corner connectors for modular cat houses, FDM 3D printed in PETG — in multiple colors and multiple variants, matched to the number of panels being joined. The design focused on reliable screw fixing and a thin yet strong, hard-wearing build.
08 FDM/MSLA Single-Print Hinge ↗
A showcase sample hinge for product presentation, printed as a single piece with MSLA technology — every design detail included, right down to the screws and nuts, printed in place. A 0.05 mm layer height and roughly 24-micron resolution deliver the detailed, true-to-life appearance.
09 Reverse Engineering VW Golf Throttle Lever ↗
A replacement for a VW Golf's throttle lever: we 3D scanned the original parts, remodeled them, then — after a PLA validation piece — produced the final part via FDM 3D printing in carbon-fiber-reinforced PA12-CF15. A solution for when a part is no longer available due to the vehicle's age.
10 Parts Manufacturing Housings & Mounting Brackets ↗
Custom housings and mounting brackets manufactured with FDM and MSLA technology — from showcase samples to functional, installable parts. Flexible material and technology choice matched to what each application needs.
11 Reverse Engineering BMW Fog Light Bracket ↗
The mounting bracket for a BMW motorcycle's fog light, remodeled from 3D scanning and produced via FDM 3D printing in carbon-fiber-reinforced PA12-CF15. The part is no longer manufactured — so it was replaced, dimensionally accurate.
