Plastic parts manufacturing — our core specialty

The vast majority of the parts we manufacture are produced using additive technology — FDM or MSLA 3D printing. This is our specialty, not a side offering. We work with PLA, PETG, ABS, and PA nylon filaments, as well as standard and engineering resins, choosing the material that best fits the task.

In many cases, a well-chosen engineering plastic — such as carbon-fiber-reinforced PA12-CF15 — functionally replaces a traditional metal part: it's lighter, faster to produce, and often cheaper, while still holding up under industrial conditions in terms of heat resistance and mechanical properties.

We don't perform traditional metalworking (CNC milling, turning, casting) — it's important to say that plainly before you request a quote. What we can do: many searches for a "metal part" are really about a specific problem — replacing a worn, broken, or discontinued part — which can often be solved with a high-strength, carbon- or glass-fiber-reinforced engineering plastic that performs equivalently in most non-extreme-load applications.

A concrete, documented example is one of our case studies: we reverse-scanned a discontinued VW Golf Mk2 throttle lever and reprinted it in Fiberlogy PA12-CF15 carbon-fiber composite — the same material family used for OEM engine-bay parts in the automotive industry.
